Major Changes to Active and Passive Keywords - Plus Other Updates

We are currently working on major structural changes to Unlimited Keywords SEO platform. Please observe the following changes.

1) Domains - We've started to differentiate the domains used for actives, passives, and tier 2 links. We recently made a deal with a major domain broker and we are actively buying domains with high metric values. Rather than adding them across the board, we've separated the domains into 3 different tier groups. This will mean getting links via active keywords will have better SEO metrics behind it.

2) Social signals - We've been independently testing the effects of social signals on rankings for some time now and we have a conclusive evidence that they do affect rankings. For test purposes, we applied twits, Facebook URL sharing, and Google plus shares for seven different URLs with varying competition levels. We were able to verify that they all gained 5 to 10 positions after 3 months. While the social signals did not create massive ranking gains, they did play a role in gaining trust from Google.

We've heard from a trusted source that Google made a deal with Twitter to gain access to twits. To take an advantage of this trust building tool, we have started to implement social signals at a massive scale for the domains used for active links. We highly recommend you start adding social signals to the client URLs you are working with. We recommend http://social-llama.com/ for social signals service.

3) Batch Pinger - Whether you are updating a page or building links, all URLs must be pinged in order for Google to recognize the update or all your SEO efforts can be wasted. We've added batch pinger as a module for our members. Although we ping all the URLs and links in our system regularly, we recommend you add all the web pages for your clients for more frequent pinging.

4) Guest Blogging - You can never get enough quality links when you are facing competitors. Guest blogging outreach can however be a painful and expensive process. We are currently testing and working with various sites that allow
guest blogging and its effects. We may offer guest blogging as a service down the road once we see the value for our members. Stay tuned!
